Banu Kurkcu graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2003. In 2004, she started his doctorate studies at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Pedodontics.

In 2010, she received the title of Doctor of Science in Pedodontics (PhD) with her thesis on Cultivation and characterization of stem cells isolated from exfoliated primary and impacted third molars (TUBITAK SBAG-3603 (107S076)). Dr. Banu Kurkcu worked in various clinics in Ankara between 2005-2014 and in Istanbul as of 2014. She is still working as a Pedodontist in our clinic.

Dr. Banu Kurkcu is a member of TDB, IDO and Turkish Pedodontics Association. She attends various national and international scientific congresses and follows professional developments.
